The registration payment includes admission to all the scientific sessions and also the coffee breaks, lunch for the second day and the Meeting’s materials.
The dinner location is yet to be confirmed. The question in the registration form regarding dinner is still for informational purposes only, and we will follow up later to confirm your participation. Details regarding the restaurant and fee (Oeiras, maximum €20) will be announced at a later date.

When processing the bank transfer please include reference “JPG2025“, as well as your first and last name. In case the transfer is made by your institution, make sure that your name is also included.
The bank transfer proof must be sent to secretariado.spg@itqb.unl.pt. Only after the payment confirmation, the registration is considered valid and the corresponding receipt will be issued.
Abstract Submission
Abstract submission should be performed simultaneously with the registration process.
During submission, you need to select one of the following areas:
- Plant Genetics;
- Microbial Genetics;
- Animal and Evolutionary Genetics;
- Human Genetics and Biomedicine.
After submission, the abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. You will then receive a notification regarding the presentation format.
Please submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word document, following the layout and structure of the provided template.
Using the template is mandatory for all submissions to ensure consistency.

P O S T E R G U I D E L I N E S
- Posters must be presented in A0 size (118.9 x 84.1 cm), in portrait orientation.
- Posters must be printed and brought by the presenter. Mounting materials will be provided at the venue.
- Presenters are expected to be present at their posters during the designated session to discuss their work.
- The presenting author must be registered and available during the poster session.
- To ensure clarity and readability, use large fonts and include clear sections. Visual elements such as figures and charts are encouraged to support your content.
